She Is MOM is an online platform that aims to provide women looking to restart work after the birth of a child with tools and resources for professional branding, retraining and career development.
It also offers companies the opportunity to recruit candidates from a database created according to complex criteria.
The main goal of the platform’s initiators was to increase the online visibility of the brand, the community of women and mentors in a variety of industries to help them professionally, whether it be changing careers, starting their own business or looking for other opportunities in the job market.
The project received EBRD co-funding because of its purpose and the fact that it was initiated and managed by women entrepreneurs. Online Hub was selected as a consultant throughout the contract period.
To best meet our client’s priorities, we proposed an integrated approach: creating a content strategy that would be reflected in the new navigation structure and landing page redesign.
We went on to propose the digital marketing strategy, taking over the management of the social media campaigns throughout the project implementation.
We expanded the visual identity by creating a color scheme tailored to the 4 business lines and created new layouts for the Homepage and the 4 landing pages.
Copywriting work focused on the She Is MOM brand story, transactional emails and video testimonials reflecting success stories within the community.
We wanted to create a unique platform in terms of content and design and brand definition on the local and international market. Our collaboration with Online Hub started by defining the objectives and requirements for the development of the website and together we managed to create a strategy for the content and re-design. Their experience in digital marketing helped us to better define the presence of the platform and the community in social media, increase brand awareness, optimise SEO and campaigns as well as create models to help us grow in the long term. While our requirements were complex, the Online Hub team was curious and patient and were willing to go the 'extra mile' to help us define our vision, discover what we needed and create a strong brand.
